超全的新冠病毒突变蛋白试剂库

重组Spike突变体N501Y

最近几个月,全球范围内分离出了多种新的新冠突变毒株。其中,U.K. variant B.1.1.7,the Brazil variant P.1,the South Africa variant B.1.351以及最新分离出的Indian variant B.1.617 具有很高的传染率,也因此备受关注。

在目前已经检测分离到的新冠突变株中,发生在Spike蛋白受体结合域的多个突变是主要的突变类型,也是最令人担心的突变。Spike蛋白受体结合域是新冠病毒结合宿主受体的主要结构,该结构的突变则有可能导致增强与受体的亲和力、减弱中和抗体效应或者造成病毒的免疫逃逸。

新冠突变株中同时存在N蛋白突变。N蛋白具有高度保守型,常被用作新冠抗原快速检测的标志物。目前已经上市的新冠抗原检测试剂是否可以检测到突变后的N蛋白以及检测灵敏度和特异性是否会受到突变的影响需要进一步的研究。
