LPS诱导的急性炎症模型
实验方案：
1） 动物适应性生长1星期后随机分组， 每只一般为10只动物；
2） 地塞米松做阳性要，灌胃给药后半小时，尾静脉注射0.1mg/kg LPS;
3） LPS刺激1小时或/和2小时后取血， 检测TNF-a等细胞因子；
4） 细胞因子检测请参照ELISA试剂盒操作手册。

Brief protocol of LPS induced TNF-a release
1） Divide these experiment rats intosix groups, every group has 10 mice at random.
2） LPS 0.1mg/kg body weight is injected intravenously through the tail vein 30 min after the administration of cpd.
3） 60min or 120 min later, blood are collected by retro-orbital puncture by using 5ml tube coated with heparin saline.
4） Collect plasma and froze it in -70℃ until TNF-α is analyzed by ELISA
