More than 30 years of experience
New industrial production is more and more involved in the observance of aspects like quality, lower production costs and high environment respect, on the other hand the equipments have to be higher and higher flexible.
In order to give the right answer to all these different requirements and keep lower costs, we have decided to solve all the design and manufacturing problems with the exclusive use of our internal resources.
Our philosophy to make everything by ourselves has been done by our complete collection of manufacturing machines, and by technical knowledge acquired working for engineering companies set up in many different chemical-pharmaceutical sectors.
Process fine Setting
· The choice of the right chemical reactor is of great importance in running an industrial process, because the production rate of the whole plant depends on it.
· Heat exchanging and thermal control are limitations to the process, because every reaction has to be run under limited temperature and pressure ranges in order to reach the optimum result.
· Our simulation computer model could verify every technical solution combined with each equipment, in this way we are able to reach the best operating machine in function of reagent physical state, of reaction thermal characteristics and temperature range in which we have to run the process.
· Finally the optimal solution has to be tested on small-scale at our workshop with the aid of our modular pilot plant.
Starting from our standard data sheet, which permits a complete understanding of the client process requirements, we are able to develop in short time a first draft design based on our standard manufacturing specifications. The whole of these technical specifications has to be verified each time under the design hypothesis (pressure, temperature ...) imposed by the process.
A first study of the work done by the reactor is done with the use of a mathematic model implemented in a computer program, this model simulates the mixing action of the impeller combined with heat exchanging equipment.
The manufacturing of the equipment starts in this early first phase, but only the not important parts for the process could be built.

Ø test and validation of the whole production with certification book
With the output data of our simulator and the draft design almost completed, we are able to define the final design with the help of our client.
At this point the whole design has to be verified from the beginning and definitively for all its components, we make the manufacturing and control plan, with the step testing program for the equipment.
