Applications: Capture antibody in serological assays for the research of CA50. Immunohistochemistry on frozen or paraffin sections for the detection of Sialyl Lewisa. Immunochemical detection of Sialyl Lewisa determinant in mucins and glycolipids. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
