GSTPrep™ FF 16/10 for fast and easy scale-up purification of GST-tagged recombinant proteins.
GSTPrep™ FF 16/10 are 20-ml HiPrep™ columns prepacked with Glutathione Sepharose™ 4 Fast Flow for scale-up purification of recombinant GST-tagged proteins, other glutathione S-transferases, and glutathione-dependent proteins. Mild elution conditions preserve protein antigenicity and function. Sepharose™ 4 Fast Flow in combination with HiPrep™ column hardware provides excellent flow properties.
