细胞系识别PCR芯片可用于研究细胞分化相关的84个关键基因的表达。在胚胎发育阶段,多能干细胞分化成三胚层:外胚层、中胚层和内胚层,并最终成为分化细胞。研究这一过程需要监管相关基因表达的时序变化,并通过分析这些基因鉴别中间或晚期分化的细胞,以及了解分化过程的机制。这一芯片包含了分辨细胞系中特定细胞类型的标志性基因,特定的细胞类型有多能干细胞、三个胚层的祖细胞和晚期分化细胞。通过实时定量PCR的方法,研究者即能够利用该芯片简单可靠地同时检测细胞系进展标记物相关基因的表达。
