预期用途

IL-3 是一种促进巨核细胞、粒细胞-巨噬细胞、红细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性细胞和肥大细胞系祖细胞存活、分化和增殖的造血生长因子。IL-3由T细胞、肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞产生，增强血小板生成、吞噬和抗体介导的细胞毒性。其激活单核细胞的能力表明，IL-3可能具有额外的免疫调节作用。许多 IL-3 的活性依赖于与其他细胞因子的协同刺激。IL-3 是一种物种特异性的、可变异的糖基化细胞因子。适用于生产细胞治疗产品。

冻干制剂可在-20℃保存。

如需分装，可用注射用水、生理盐水、培养基或 PBS 溶解，溶解后分装成小份，置于-20℃保存期6个月，-80℃保存期12 个月，稀释后浓度不低于100μg/mL。避免反复冻融。
