Description:
5-Hydroxymethyl dCTP from Zymo Research is of ultra high purity and

5-Hydroxymethylcytosine
Applications:
PCR amplicons containing 5-hydroxymethylcytosine are useful in a
variety of applications such as:
• The study of 5-hydroxymethylcytosine binding/interacting
proteins
• Define methods that distinguish between 5-methylcytosine
and 5-hydroxymethylcytosine.
