DSS诱导大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型

葡聚糖硫酸钠盐(Dextran Sulfate Sodium Salt, DSS)是一种聚阴离子衍生物,其诱导结肠炎模型的机制虽仍未十分明确,但通常认为与巨噬细胞功能失调、肠道菌群失调、DSS对结肠上皮的毒性作用、细胞因子在DSS结肠炎模型的发病中起重要作用等机制有关。

 

 

实验案例1

实验动物:大鼠,1周龄,100 g;

实验步骤:5%的DSS,3.5 mL/100 g每日灌胃,灌胃2周,HE染色;

实验结果:UC大鼠的结肠长度低于健康大鼠;结肠黏膜异常,存在大量炎症细胞。

实验案例2

实验动物:大鼠,8周龄,200 g;

实验步骤:饮用3.5% 浓度的DSS,连续饮用10天,HE染色;

实验结果:结肠黏膜异常。

实验案例3

实验动物:大鼠,7周龄,300-320 g;

实验步骤:饮用7天 2.0 % 浓度的DSS后,饮用7天蒸馏水,共4个周期,HE染色;

实验结果:结肠黏膜异常。
